So…… its almost time for the office party again…
I’m NOT going to tell you not to indulge right OVER Christmas and New Year instead I’m going to tell you HOW to look amazing FOR Christmas.
After all it’s not what you do BETWEEN Christmas and New Year that matters – rather what you do between New Year and Christmas right?
This time, this article isn’t about giving you a bit of motivation, it is all about telling exactly what to do to get yourself an amazing body!
Seriously, who wants to be feeling fat at the time of year when you wanna be looking amazing!
So here’s some actual MEAT for you all- I’m going to keep it SUPER SIMPLE, so follow these rules & you’ll get a better body.
1) Sort out your breakfast.
Yep breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
WARNING: if you’re eating breakfast cereal and milk- you’re not going drop any fat and you’re also going to be feeling as lethargic as those ‘Get me out of here’ Celebrities on restrictive ‘jungle’ diets. Cereal alterative: Start the day with some Quinoa, rice/almond milk and load it up with some nuts and berries.
This will give you a LOAD of nutrients that will fuel your body and your brain ensuring you don’t reach for the vending machine come 10am.
2) Move it!
Diet without exercise just doesn’t work!
Choose exercises that stimulate your metabolism and go hard for 20 minutes.

3) Get hydrated.
Aim for a 3 litres a day MINIMUM of MINERAL water for maximum fat loss- mineral water is far better than tap water (that’s a whole other article though)
Your body simply WILL NOT lose fat if you’re dehydrated!
You’ll also end up hungrier and more fatigued if you don’t get enough water in.
4) Bin the sugar and the booze… for now
You’re going get over a week to eat rubbish and get drunk come the festive period so minimize the damage that it’s going to do now.
Your body can’t do ANYTHING with booze other than store it is fat. SIMPLE.
Sugar, meanwhile, spikes your insulin and will end up with you craving more sugar and storing fat on your love handles and a ‘muffin’ top isn’t a good look in any ‘Little Black Dress’
5) Get your greens in.
Try to base 70% of what you eat on green veggies.
They fill you up
They’re low in calories
They’re jam packed with healthy nutrients that’ll improve your health and energy.
They’re generally alkaline in nature – the more alkaline your body is the better it’ll function – the better it functions, the easier it’ll be to lose the lard!
6) Get your supplements:
Use Sodium Bicarb and a pharmaceutical grade fish oil.
Sodium bicarb (yep, the stuff you clean your oven with) is also AMAZING for all round health. It not only oxygenates your blood (one of the KEYS to incredible health) but it’s a mega alkalizer. ½ a teaspoon dissolved in a large glass of water daily.
The benefits of this are a whole article again, but an alkaline body is a healthy body. A healthy body is NEVER fat.
Fish oil has COUNTLESS benefits, namely brain health and fat loss.
It helps improve insulin sensitivity- insulin is a fat storage hormone.
It turns ON fat burning enzymes
It turns OFF fat storage enzymes
It’s beneficial to just about every disease known to man.
